Community pharmacy tsar Jonathan Mason says the forming of Pharmacy Voice marks one of the “most momentous days in the history of community pharmacy”.
Speaking on a video blog on Chemist and Druggist, Mason continued:
“I wish Pharmacy Voice great success. I think this coming together of community pharmacy representatives is a great step forward if it means pharmacy starts talking with one clear voice.”
Jonathan Mason is a well known proponent of clinical service development in community pharmacy and welcomed the heavy emphasis on this in the Pharmacy Voice Blueprint for better health published last week. He emphasized that we will all need to work together to deliver the necessary changes in community pharmacy and encouraged people to engage with the blueprint.
