The MAC (part of UK Border Agency) is currently calling for evidence for their review of National Qualifications Framework level 4 and above and occupations and job titles for the Tier 2 shortage occupation list.
Pharmacy Voice is building the case for an adequate skills pool and for this purpose we need an up to date understanding of the situation on the ground.
In particular we need to know the extent of the difficulties faced in recruiting and retaining community pharmacy managers and obtaining locums
